Options for Learning Objectives explained:

  1. Development Matters - This is suitable for all learners working from Developmental Stages equivalent from birth to 6 years old.
  2. BSquared - This is suitable for BSquared Connecting Steps assessment tracking subscribers, particularly for those who use the Engagement Steps and/or Primary Steps statements to assess their learners.  This is suitable for all learners working from Developmental Stages equivalent from birth to 4 years old.
  3. Not Sure - In this case we will send you the Development Matters version as it is the most versitile and assessment statements are freely available from gov.uk website.

This curriculum is specifically for learners with PMLD, ASD, ADHD, SEMH and LD diagnosis that are working between the neurotypical academic age 0-6 years. It is adaptable for learners up to Year 6, however the ideas and activities will have to be adapted to suit.

It includes Learning objectives for each of the 12 topics spanning three differentiated groups, weekly timetable example, long & short-term planning and printable resources.
