Política de cancelación
For cancellations of in-person consultancy I require one month's notice for a full refund. Any time after this there will be no refund offered.
For cancellations of virtual consultancy I require 48 hours notice for a full refund and 24 hours notice for an exchange in time.
Any shorter notice than 24 hours will be charged in full and not offered a change in date.

We have a 30-day return policy on all Sensory Classroom posted items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and clearly unused. You’ll also need the VAT receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot offer a refund or return on items that we do not send, this includes sensory stories, communication books, sensory curriculum file, or clothing. In this instance you will need to contact the manufacturer for assistance; ie

To start a return, you can contact us at oursensorykids@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Swallows Nest, Sanding Road, Penpethy, Cornwall, PL34 0HH
If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Depending on your reason for refunding you may need to cover return postage.

If your item has been lost in transit or not arrived when it should, please contact us so we can search the tracking information for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and any digital purchases*. As well as the items detailed above.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
*We do not accept returns on any digital or subscription product due to the non-refundable nature of the product. *in some circumstances we will offer a credit note.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
