The prices for individual (1) and school (up to 20) can be combined to best suit your licensing needs. Please contact me if you need support in determining which is best for your setting.
Due to the subscription nature of this product, these licenses can be purchased in a few different ways;
1. Via website: https://sensoryclassroom.org/products/core-word-programme-app
(receiving a VAT receipt immediately afterwards)
- you MUST use the email address of the main user or manager of the licence. This cannot be changed after purchase. It causes issues if a finance or admin email is used. If purchasing for colleagues, please use the lead teachers email address to purchase, then they will be sent a guide on how to add their colleagues onto the purchased licence.
- you can control your subscription via this link: https://account.sensoryclassroom.org/ (signing in with the email you purchased the subscription with)
2. Invoice, then pay over the phone: please arrange time for this via email
(receiving a VAT receipt immediately afterwards)
-CREDIT CARD payments must be made this way only.
- we need to know which licence you require and your school name and address to create the invoice
- We will need to know the first and last name and email of the lead teacher or manager of this licence.

3. A colleague pays for the programme themselves then uses the VAT receipt received to reclaim from the school setting.
4. From September 2026, we will have a “pay by invoice” button at checkout.
Here you will fill your information in our digital form and receive an invoice. You will pay via BACS. Digital files will be made available once payment is received and not before.
This will not automatically renew but you will be sent a reminder via email to repurchase to keep access.
The subscriptions start from the purchase date, renewal happens 365 days from this date.
When purchasing a single or school licence you can manually add additional users for colleagues if the purchaser is finance or administrative staff and are not using the programme themselves. A guide on how to do this will be sent to you automatically after purchase.
